What are the UK delivery options?

Our Imperial Logistics Service offers the following options:
- Standard Delivery (for all non-alcoholic products up to 1kg)- £4.00
- Express 24 (for orders up to 30kg) - £6.99
- Next Day Express AM (for orders up to 30kg) - £11.99
- Saturday Delivery (up to 30kg) - £19.99 (order must be placed before 12:00pm on a Friday)
- Express 24 (for orders from 31kg - 80kg) - £19.00
- FREE UK delivery on orders over £100
Orders sent using our ‘Standard Delivery’ service will be delivered via Royal Mail and will take up to 5 working days to arrive. There is no tracking on this service.
‘Express 24’ orders will be delivered by ParcelForce on a fully tracked service, so you can check the progress of your delivery. You will receive an email and text notification once the order has been dispatched. It will be in your hands next working day (this may be slightly longer during certain busy periods – at Christmas for instance or quashing a rebellion etc.) and will require a signature.
Orders sent via ‘Next Day’ or ‘Saturday Delivery’ services will be delivered by ParcelForce on a fully tracked service, so you can check the progress of your delivery. You will receive an email and text notification once the order has been dispatched. Your parcel will be with you next day (if the order is placed before 12:00pm) for delivery between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday; Saturday delivery is only available when selected and the additional delivery charge paid. It will also require a signature on delivery. All the relevant info will be included in your despatch email, which is automatically sent once your order has left our warehouse.
What are the International delivery options?
Whether you need your order shipped internationally or inter-galactically, we’ve got you covered; we have a variety of delivery options to get your goods from our bunker to yours.
Shipping is calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options can vary depending on what you have purchased. The simplest way to see is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address/country; we’ll automatically show you the wide variety of available options you have, don’t worry, you won’t be charged.
European orders will go on a Euro Priority service. This will take 2-3 days from the time of dispatch. It includes end to end tracking and will require a signature on delivery.
International orders will be sent on a Global Priority service. This will take 3-5 days from the time of dispatch, with day-specific dates to Australia, China, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. It includes end to end tracking and will require a signature on delivery.
How late in the day can I place my order?
Unexpectedly detained by an imperial patrol on a routine stop and search? Not a problem. If you’re in the UK, you have until the following times to place an order to ensure it leaves our warehouse on the same day:
Express 24 – 12:00pm GMT
Next Day & Saturday Delivery (Monday – Saturday) – 12:00pm GMT
If you miss any of these cut off times Monday-Thursday, your order will be sent out the next working day or if it’s a Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Worried your order has been hijacked by brigands or impounded by imperial forces who suspect it’s contraband, fear not!
Your order confirmation email will contain everything you need to know about delivery schedules and tracking details (if/where appropriate).
What happens if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
Our carrier should leave you a ‘failed delivery’ card if you are out when they attempt to drop off your order.
If your order is going by courier, they may try to deliver to your neighbour(s) but failing that, they should attempt a second delivery the next working day. If you’re still having trouble receiving your order, you can always use the tracking information in the email we will send you, following dispatch of your item(s).
Very occasionally your order may just simply end up back at the local depot without explanation; comms outages or rebel activity in your area etc. may be responsible. In these instances, it may be worth checking there first before contacting us directly but don’t forget to take some form of ID - attempts to bribe officials will not be tolerated.
Be vigilant! Insurgent forces may attempt to infiltrate these organisations and disrupt the supply chain. If you have any suspicions, it is your civic duty to report these to your nearest Imperial Brigade HQ, Compound or Outpost, where swift and decisive action will be taken.
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at our standard shipping rates. There are some product restrictions, but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to the BFPO website.
Why can’t you ship to my country?
We would like to be able deliver to every country in the world and planet in the galaxy, but unfortunately this is not always possible.
Usually this is due to circumstances beyond our control: shipping restrictions on alcohol, hostile territory under enemy control or even size and weight (in some rare cases). If you are not able to place an order for delivery to your address, please contact us and we will either investigate or try and explain the situation. We never leave a citizen behind!
ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
Something from my order is missing, what do I do?
Don’t fret, it’s most likely on its way separately. Could it have been on Pre-Order? Or too big to fit in one of our standard ammo boxes? None of the above? Just get in touch and we’ll happily despatch a probe droid to track it down.
How do I cancel my Order?
You can’t, the Emperor forbids it! Just kidding… We all make mistakes, so don’t panic. Contact us via one of our secure tactical communication channels – either email us or give us a call on 01295 267439 - and we’ll do everything we can to intercept it. Sometimes we just can’t - sustained periods of heavy bombardment, for instance. Worst case scenario; you can return it to us (for free) for a full refund.
How long until my Pre-Order item is in stock?
The quickest way to get an update is to check the product page, which will display the latest information we have. Sometimes products can be held up by weather, production problems, impromptu spaceport Customs inspections or the occasional skirmish. If there is no estimated ‘in stock’ date shown, we are currently chasing our supplier for a due date.
Please note: when you place a Pre-Order, you will be charged for the full amount at the time of purchase. It’s not ideal, but that’s the way our payment gateway system works and is beyond our control, unfortunately.
I have multiple Pre-Order products; can you send them all together?
We normally hold off dispatching all items in an order until everything is in stock. If you do not wish to wait for the complete order to be sent, please contact us via email at email@example.com or give us a call on 01295 267439 – quoting your order number – and we’ll see what we can do.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It’s just not what I wanted (or it’s broken / faulty), what about returns and refunds?
If you’re unlucky enough to receive a package damaged by blaster fire, a faulty product or you’ve simply changed your mind, no problem, we are here to serve - and occasionally protect. We’ll try to make it as easy as we can. In fact, we’ll make it free.
Simply print and fill out our Freepost address label by clicking here and be sure to return it to us within 30 days (keeping your Post Office receipt of course). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unwanted orders that are returned 30 days after receipt but that should plenty of time to for you decide whether it’s for you.
Please note for International Orders: If you live outside the UK and your item is faulty or unwanted, then the process is slightly different. Because international post offices can’t recognise our freepost address, you cover the initial cost of return but don’t worry, you’ll be refunded this once it’s back in our hands (up to a maximum of £7 per kg). Please make sure to keep the receipt for any monies paid, so we know how much to refund you.
Am I able to exchange my item for something else?
Buyer’s remorse? We can’t exchange items unfortunately, but we are more than happy to give you a refund. Please follow the procedure outlined above to return the item(s) to us.
Is Original Stormtrooper Beer secure?
Your safety is guaranteed because we are backed by the full might of the empire. Oh, and our e-commerce platform’s payment gateway is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Your purchase transaction data is stored for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase. Once processed, your payment information is deleted.
After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:
the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.
In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at www.Stormtrooperbeer.com, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If you feel that you have been the victim of fraud, please contact your banking institution immediately, and then let us know… we’ll dispatch a brigade to investigate.
